30% deposit required at time of reservation. Deposit can be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or bank transfer.
The balance is payable at the end of your journey in cash (US $, Euros or Dirhams) or by credit card. There is 4% surcharge for payments by credit (or debit) card. Extras (food and drinks, airport transfers...) must be paid in cash.
Calcellation policy :
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : free of charge
- Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before arrival : deposit will not be refunded (30% cancellation fee)
- Cancellation between 20 and 11 days before arrival : 50% cancellation fee will be charged
- Cancellation less than 11 days before arrival : 100% cancellation fee will be charged
In order to preserve calm and tranquility for our guests, Riad Safa do not accept reservations for children under the age of 12 unless they are part of a group having booked the whole Riad.
Besides, baby cots or additional beds are not available.
